The Global Oil & Gas South East Europe and Mediterranean Conference & Exhibitionaspires to become the region’s most significant annual oil and gas event for keeping abreast of developments in this critical economic area. The event is organized jointly by ITE Group, a UK-based international exhibition organiser andROTA SA, a major exhibition organiser and promoter in Greece, in partnership with the Institute of Energy for SE Europe (IENE).

The event focuses on the latest oil and gas developments in: Albania, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Turkey, countries which are expected to play an important role in regional security of oil and gas supplies.

The Global Oil & Gas South East Europe and Mediterranean Conference and Exhibitionbrings together stakeholders from across the region at a critical time when SE Europe’s energy parameters are in a transition stage. The road towards diversification of energy resources, one of the pillars of E.U. policy, alongside the pursuit of member states towards greater security and sovereignty of their own hydrocarbons requirements is proving to be a major area for discussion and analysis. The region of South East Europe, strategically located between the Black and Mediterranean seas, is of fundamental importance not only in the realization of offshore production but also as the vital conduit between future energy supplies from the Eastern Mediterranean, the Caspian and the Near East and the E.U.
