Two Deals See 0.11% of Romgaz Trade on Bucharest Burse

A total of 443,400 shares of Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG], equal to 0.11% of its share capital, traded for 15.1 million lei ($4.7 million/3.4 million euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Thursday, stock exchange data showed.

The shares changed hands in two block deals at an average price of 34.01 lei each, Bucharest Stock Exchange data indicated.

The parties to the deals were not disclosed.

In regular trading, blue chip Romgaz was changing hands down 0.87% at 34.2 lei by 1611 CET.
