Turkey's OMV Petrol Ofisi, SOCAR End Talks on Aviation Fuel Business Projects

Turkey's OMV Petrol Ofisi [BIST:PTOFS], a unit of Austrian OMV, said Friday its talks with the Turkish unit of Azerbaijan's state-owned oil company SOCAR on possible aviation fuel business development projects have been concluded without a result.

OMV Petrol Ofisi made the announcement in a filing with Borsa Istanbul.

The company said in Jualy that it was in such talks with SOCAR Turkey Petrol Enerji Dağıtım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in response to media reports stating that SOCAR is interested in OMV Petrol Ofisi’s air fueling unit POAIR.
