Spot Market Electricity Prices for Wednesday, Oct. 16

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 331.45 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 250.01 liras at 00.40 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday shows an increase of 3.7% to 115.44 million liras compared to Monday. The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday is calculated as 310.61 liras and 312.83 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday is set as 329.94 liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200 liras at 00.00 local time.
