Spot Market Electricity Prices for Tuesday, Oct. 22

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 333.04 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 169.99 liras at 12.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday shows an increase of 2.9% to 108.24 million liras compared to Monday. The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday is calculated as 282.92 liras and 286.80 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 323.62 liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 168 liras at 00.00, 03.00 and 04.00 local times.
