Spot Market Electricity Prices for Thursday, Oct. 24

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 335 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 169.99 liras at 00.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday shows an increase of 5.1% to 117.9 million liras compared to Wednesday. The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday is calculated as 293.75 liras and 298.50 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 335 liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 169.99 liras at 00.00 and 04:00 local time.
