The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 337.50 Turkish liras at 09.00 and 10.00 local time, and the lowest will be 249 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 3.9% to 149.12 million liras compared to Wednesday. The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 316.84 liras and 319.09 liras, respectively. The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 344.77 liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest was 250.01 liras at 04.00 local time.
