Slovenia's Gorenjska Banka Exits Energy co Petrol

Slovenia's Gorenjska Banka has exited localenergy company Petrol [LJE:PETG], Petrol said on Tuesday.

Gorenjska Banka divested 84,299 Petrol shares on October 30 - representing a 4.04% stake, and is no longer a shareholder in the company, Petrol said in a statement.

Petrol closed up 3.06% at 291.15 euro ($365.4) on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
