Slovenia's 2014 Electricity Consumption Falls 2%

Slovenia's electricity consumption declined by 2.0% in 2014, the country's statistics office said on Monday.

In December alone, Slovenia’s net electricity generation fell by 3% month-on-month to 1,296 GWh whilepower consumption rose by a monthly 2% to 1,162 GWh, the statistics office saidciting provisional data.

In December, Slovenia imported 674 GWh of electricity and exported 769 GWh.
