Montenegro's EPCG Says Dec Household Power Consumption Falls 5.0% Y/Y

Montenegrin power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) said consumption of electricity by households in the country fell by an annual 5.0% to slightly over 116 million KWh in December.

Month-on-month power consumption by households rose by 19% in December due to lower temperatures, EPCG said in a statement published on its website on Monday.

Last month, average daily power consumption in the country stood at 10.476 MWh.

Montenegrin households paid an average of 40.2 euro ($47.4) for electricity in December.
