MOL Completes Acquisition of ENI Service Stations in Romania

Hungary's MOL said on Monday it has completed the acquisition in Romania of 42 service stations from ENI.

In 2015, MOL Group’s service station network in Romania will reach approximately 200 units, MOL said in a statement.

The acquired service stations will be rebranded under the MOL brand.
