Greece's R Energy1 Holdings Completes Acquisition of a 10 MW Operating Pv Plant Complex, Bringing Its Total Intalled Capacity to 55 MW

R Energy1 Holdings S.A. ("the Group"), today announced the successful acquisition of 100% of the Panthesaliki S.A. share capital for a total consideration of Euro 9.35 million.

With the completion of this acquisition, the Group enhances its portfolio with the addition of 12 operational PV plants in the area of Larissa— Thessaly region, further strengthening its operating RES footprint to 55 MW of high-irradiated and strategically located plants.

In parallel, the Group is actively engaged in the construction of wind parks of a total installed capacity of 48 MW.

The growth trajectory of R Energy1 Holdings remains robust, with our investment program advancing at an intensive pace: Our goal is to surpass a total installed capacity of 500 MW within the next five years. In this context, new wind & photovoltaic parks and strorage projects with a total capacity of more than 400 MW are being designed and developed.
