FYROM electricity consumption
fell to 749,141 megawatt hours (MWh) in February
from 764,184 MWh a year earlier, data of the
country's statistics office indicated on Friday.
Domestic power generation covered 59.1% of total
gross electricity consumption in February, the
statistics office said in a statement on its
website.
Electricity imports rose 10.4% on the year to
312,156 MWh in February.
The consumption of natural gas, coal and
petroleum products totalled 14.9 million cubic
metres, 618,696 tonnes and 58,214 tonnes,
respectively, in the period under review.
