Montenegrin oil products distributor Jugopetrol said it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 1.50 euro ($1.74) per share this year, up from the 1.29 euro per share it paid out in 2025.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 5, Jugopetrol said in a statement with the Montenegrin bourse last week.
According to the proposal, Jugopetrol will allocate to dividend 6.98 million euro of its 2025 net profit, which totals 9.37 million euro. Last year, the company distributed 6.0 million euro as dividend from its 2024 retained profit, which added up to a net 7.14 million euro.
Jugopetrol's shares closed down 0.56% at 17.25 euro on Monday as 2,032 stocks changed hands, bourse data showed.
Austria-based Helleniq Energy International, part of Greece's Helleniq Energy, is Jugopetrol's largest shareholder with a 54.35% stake. The remainder belongs to small shareholders.
