Acting Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, has reacted to reports of energy imports from Serbia, saying that such a thing is not true, and that, ''what is being called "import" of energy from Serbia using data on PHYSICAL energy flows may be either deliberate DISINFORMATION or simply IGNORANCE''.
Rizvanolli also wrote that Serbia has blocked trade on the Kosovo-Serbia lines since Kosovo's energy independence in 2020, and that this reason, she added, is one of the main reasons that there is often excessive load on the lines between Montenegro and Kosovo, and between North Macedonia and Kosovo.

Serbia has blocked trade on the Kosovo-Serbia lines since Kosovo's energy independence in 2020. This is also one of the key factors that often leads to excessive load (congestion) on the lines between Montenegro and Kosovo and between North Macedonia and Kosovo.
