Croatian Unit of RP Global to Build 50 MW Solar Power Plant

RP Global Projekti, the Croatian unit of Austrian developer and operator in the renewable energy sector RP Global, plans to build a 50 MW solar power plant in Ljutine, in southern Croatia, the economy ministry said.

Last month, the investor submitted an application to the ministry requesting an assessment of the environmental impact of the project which covers 60 hectares in the Seget municipality, the ministry said in a statement last week.

RP Global started operations in Croatia in 2022. Its portfolio includes both wind and solar projects, mostly in the coastal regions of the country, as Ljutine is the biggest so far.
