Bulgaria's Kozloduy NPP Seeks to Borrow 15 Mln Euro

Bulgaria's sole nuclear power plant Kozloduy is seeking to borrow 30 million levs ($21 million/15 million euro) for a period of one year, a notice in the EU’s procurement journal indicated.

Borrowing costs are estimated at 3.0 million levs, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) on Saturday added, without disclosing the purpose of the loan.

The indicative value of the deal does not include value added tax.

Bids should be filed by December 12.
