Bosnian state-controlled brown coal mine Banovici said it is seeking a consultant to help find a strategic partner to finance and build the 300 megawatt (MW) Unit 1 of the Banovici thermal power plant (TPP).
Applications should be sent by September 4, the Banovici mine said in a notice.
The value of the consultancy contract is estimated at 1.0 million marka ($684,000/511,000 euro).
Rudnik Mrkog Uglja Banovici is one of the biggest coal mines in the Muslim-Croat Federation, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
