Turkish and German Company Join for Solar Energy Plants

Turkey's Prime Enerji and Germany's Intec Energy Solutions partnered to build two solar energy plants with a total capacity of 4.4 megawatts in Turkey, Prime Enerji said on Wednesday.

The projects will be located in Turkey's western cities of Bursa and Balikesir.

The companies will first start building one megawatt capacity for each project.

Overall, 16,450 solar panels and 100 solar inverters, which converts power output of the plant into a utility frequency, will be used for the projects, the company said.

The engineering, construction and installation works will be jointly handled by the two companies.
