China, Denmark to Build Wind Farm

Denmark’s Energy Minister Lars Christian Lilleholt told Reuters that his country has decided to work with China to build a wind farm of China’s shores. The news came after his meeting with the director of China’s National Energy Administration, Nur Bekri.

Lilleholt said that size, timing and suppliers had not yet been decided for the wind farm, but said it would "absolutely” be built.

China and Denmark also decided to co-build a test and demonstration centre for offshore wind power in China, Lilleholt added.
